Peer Critique

The three projects I chose were "Waterfalls" Natural Amazing Graces by Kimberly Will, Change Happens and Never Guarentees Ending" by Alicia Meisner and "A Child's Impact on Impressionism". I chose the piece "Waterfalls" from the moment I saw the discussion post. The moment I saw the exhibit theme, I knew this was the one I wanted to view. I was not certain on how in depth I should have or did get while critiquing the pieces. I did not want to be too negative while writing about the artwork. I enjoyed seeing other students work, and constructive criticism, or approval may better my ideas about future work. I believe I would like to read what people thought about my project. I chose a more outside the box approach, and hope others enjoyed it as I did creating it. My article I would rate a 7. I am not the best art analysts, nor should I be, however I find it very tough trying to find words to match a picture in regards to what the artist is trying to say. I enjoyed working on this project, and especially liked the amount of freedom we were given in choosing a theme, rather than having a list in which someone may not be interested in.
